Friendly and kind hotel staffs. Excellent pools and beach. Watch out for bad breakfast. They have good pizza, burger, and beverages. But their breakfast buffet is expensive and poor. Dinner is not good as their breakfast is, but that was better than Outrigger on the beach. ...read more

Great atmosphere and party for New Years Eve. Paid for regular room but received a one-bedroom suite.
Saw one cockroach in the room.

Great service, efficient bell service, was able to check-in early, provided hospitality room after check-out. Great pool area, one-side for families and children, another-side strictly for adults (with amazing infinity pool). ...read more

Lobby is still under construction.

The Sheraton Waikiki has a superb and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is great, and the adult pool is an added bonus. The rooms are clean, and the common areas as well. Definitely recommend this hotel if you can get it for a good price. ...read more

The pool and location were great.
There was a Jehova convention at the time I stayed at the hotel, which was really annoying for the lots of people around the facilities.

The expensive $25.00 per night parking fees.

This is an upscale resort hotel with large rooms with a view and lanai. Comfortable beds and refrigerator in room.
